This was my go-to car wash until now. I went through the wash, everything seemed fine. When I turned onto Stirling Rd I noticed there was soap running down my back window so I went back to tell them what had happened. The person I spoke to asked what I was driving, then walked away to watch the video of the car wash in operation. He didn’t say what he was doing so I asked if there was a problem, he said no. He then said, it looks like it worked like it should. When I asked about the soap on my car he said “show me” so we walked outside, I was literally the only one there and was parked at the front door. He looks at my car and says it looks perfect. The only other time I had this happen they gave me a code and said go back through. I wouldn’t have even bothered except I live in a condo and because of construction I cannot access our water hose which I explained to him. I will take my business elsewhere. From the reviews, I guess I am not alone.

Not good, my car appeared not rinsed properly or rinsed with water that wasn’t clean. Got the bugs and bird stuff off but not much more for the $12.

My experience: Used the car wash and the machine read my car in a weird way and my roof did not get soap at all. I saw a SUV infront of my get an OK job and I wanted to ask the guys in the stores if this is normal. The guy that walk out of the store to talk about the issues as giving justification without even listening. Honestly, at the beginning I did not wanted nothing refund or another wash to correct the bad job. I just got piss that he was giving me B√|| $h!t answers. Terrible customer service, did not listen to my me. Bad service of the car wash, the job is not worth the price.
